Event Hours of Operation and Staffing
When it is necessary to extend the Student Union hours outside of the standard hours of operation, charges for student labor may be incurred. Reservations which require access to the building beyond standard hours of operation require a request 2 weeks prior to the event. Requests for extended hours may be subject to staff availability.
Student Union Hours of Operation
All events held in the Student Union or Student Union Annex must end ½ hour prior to the facility closing unless prior arrangements are made. The event sponsors are responsible for clearing the room by closing time.

Sometimes it is necessary to reserve the room overnight to store materials or for late night preparation on the event coordinators behalf.

Staffing
Special staffing needs, including IT, public safety, extra cleaning services, or additional event staff will result in additional fees.
You may request an Event Assistant who is assigned to your event and who stays with you in the room or is given special duties during your event ( i.e, to greet guests, help switch power point slides). Event Assistants have very limited IT skills, they are not able to service your personal computer.
Event Assistants that are scheduled to work that day are not personal Event Assistants and there is no cost for them.
