Criteria to Form a Club

ASU at the Polytechnic campus has an open registration process. Registration of student organizations is an annual process that entails responsibilities and confers rights, including access to University facilities, funding, organization web space, and organization email addresses. Groups are encouraged to register by September 19th to receive full benefits for the academic year.

To register as a Student organization, the organizations must:
1. meet and follow membership and officer requirements;
2. follow all registration procedures;
3. follow conduct rules specified in this policy;
4. have a full-time ASU faculty member, academic professional, or staff member as an advisor to assist the organization in developing a constructive program within university policy.
