Tenure-Track (rank open) Faculty Positions
Arizona State University announces a search to recruit faculty members for its School of Applied Arts and Sciences at the Polytechnic campus.
The Polytechnic campus, located on 600 acres in southeast Mesa, was opened in 1996 to offer an applied approach to professional and technological programs that meet business and societal needs. The campus is home to the College of Technology and Innovation, School of Applied Arts and Sciences, Morrison School of Management and Agribusiness, and the School of Educational Innovation and Teacher Preparation. Today, more than 8,500 students are enrolled in 40 degree programs leading to bachelors, masters, and Ph.D. degrees and enjoy an environment characterized by small class sizes, an integrated curriculum, and accessible faculty. Degrees incorporate practical and theoretical exercises, weaving science and technology throughout the programs. The Polytechnic campus shares access to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, a reliever airport to Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport, and is located in one of the fastest growing regions in the United States.
The School of Applied Arts and Sciences has approximately 1000 undergraduate and graduate majors, with plans for continued expansion as the campus grows to 15,000 students over the next five years. New faculty will benefit from the extensive capabilities and programs at other nearby ASU campuses.
