Pet Policy
Pets, other than fish, are not allowed in the
Residence Halls or Shared Houses.
- One fish tank/bowl, no larger than 1.5
gallons, is permitted per resident. Reptiles and amphibians are not allowed. Guests are not permitted to bring pets onto the property at any time.
Violation of the pet policy will result in charges that may exceed $1,000
for the entire replacement of the carpet, door(s) upholstery, and the
painting of walls, and deodorizing the room/house.
Residents of family houses must complete a Pet Addendum and pay a Pet Deposit of
$350 ($100 nonrefundable) for any pets in the home other than fish.
Residents found to have unauthorized pets will be subject to fines, cleaning
fees, and possible eviction.
