house students from Apollo College, University of Phoenix, or Grand
Canyon University.
Student status and eligibility to remain in residential living will be verified during each
academic semester. To remain eligible for housing, students must be enrolled
throughout the term and must be making consistent progress toward a degree. When a student
withdraws or is withdrawn from a class for any reason, it is the student's responsibility to
inform Williams Campus Housing. Falling below the 6 credit minimum could result in the termination of the
License Agreement.
By signing a license agreement with Williams Campus Housing, the student gives permission for the college or university to release directory and

and priority assignment status (as per the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of
1974).

Faculty and staff must provide documentation of
continued employment prior to signing or renewing a license. Residents who
separate from their employer during the term of the License Agreement may lose
residency privileges. Faculty and staff rates are $50/month higher than the
student rates.
