Applying for Family Housing

Print and complete the Family Housing Application. You may submit your completed application by mail, fax or in person.  Please include the required $300 payment (application fee, security deposit) with your application.  Faxed applications require that your payment be paid by credit card using www.rentpayment.com (Please note:  There is a $17.95 service charge for using a credit card).  You may also mail your payment under separate cover, but your application will not be processed until payment is received.

Family applications also require you to mail, fax or e-mail scanned copies of driver's licenses/state-issued IDs for all applicants over the age of 18. If you have any questions about completing your application, or need an application mailed to you, please call Williams Campus Housing at (480) 727-1700, or send us an email.

All applicants age 18+ must pass a background and credit check.

House assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date your completed License Agreement and fees are received in our office, and your requested move-in date.  Once you pass the background and credit check, you will be assigned to an available house and mailed a License Agreement packet.

Checklist of items to mail:

  • The completed application packet.

  • Photocopy of driver's license or state-issued ID card for each occupant age 18+

  • Document(s) to verify your qualification for family housing (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.)
  • Copy of your class schedule, letter of admission, employment verification, etc.

If you would like to fax your application, please fax to (480) 727-1711.  You will need to mail the copies of the IDs (these usually do not come through clearly via fax), and make payment via credit card at www.rentpayment.com

License Agreement:

You must sign a License Agreement prior to your move in date.  This packet will be mailed to you, or you may print it yourself.  If you plan to have pets of any kind (other than fish), you will also need to complete the Pet Addendum and pay a pet deposit.
