The Electronic Systems Department embodies the goals of the New American University: increasing access to education while simultaneously helping the community. To achieve that, the ESD faculty and staff are highly accessible and involved in creating technology useful to the community.

Our goal is to prepare students for the exciting and challenging jobs of the future. These jobs will require both engineering skills and an understanding of how business works. To meet this goal, the degree programs are designed to prepare the type of business-ready graduates that industry seeks. This added value creates greater career opportunities for ESD graduates.
