These are exciting times for Arizona State University, especially ASU's Polytechnic campus.

In the near future, the Arizona legislature will be asked to approve a new name of the campus from ASU's Polytechnic campus to ASU Polytechnic. The new name will better define who we are and what we do.

At ASU's Polytechnic campus we emphasize professional and technical programs that prepare graduates to move directly into careers and become leaders in professional, public, and personal life.

ASU's Polytechnic campus accomplishes this through:

  • programs that integrate practical and theoretical study;
  • learning that emphasizes problem-solving, project-based activities, laboratories, and work experience;
  • education based solidly in the liberal arts and sciences;
  • research that emphasizes applied subjects and solutions to problems;
  • a campus culture that values diversity, creativity, engagement and participation in the public community, and work.

As a polytechnic-focused campus, we offer 27 distinctive programs from our three colleges/schools - the College of Technology and Innovation, the School of Applied Arts & Sciences and the Morrison School of Management and Agribusiness.

As a student you will experience a unique academic village environment. ASU's Polytechnic campus is a friendly, student-centered campus where students, faculty and staff live, work, teach and learn in an active, vibrant community. We offer all the elements of a big time university in a small town setting.

Here you will find faculty and staff who care about you, are ready to answer your questions, and provide you with needed assistance to help you make the most of your college experience and prepare you for future careers.
